Shelby and I specialize in representing our clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Spearfish, Belle Fourche, Deadwood, Lead, Sturgis, and Eastern Wyoming including Sundance, Beulah, Aladdin and Hulett-Devils Tower areas. We keep current of all transactions in these areas, and we are also very knowledgeable with the local schools.

Our family moved to this beautiful area from North Dakota in 1980 when Shelby was almost two years old. I was thrilled to find such a banana belt and beautiful recreational area so close to home-then North Dakota!! Soon this became "home". My husband and I have had a Chimney/Masonry Restoration business in the area for 25 years becoming well acquainted in the community. I have been involved with the Spearfish Chamber the last several years, serving as 2007 CVB president, also a member of Our Saviours Lutheran Church, participate in Realtors for Kids, and am thrilled our company, Prudential Kahler Realtors will once again sponsor the community Fish Race for our local children in 2008,and will try to assist where I can.
Shelby started her Real Estate Career while away in Florida for 5 years. One of those last hurricanes blew her back to "home". And she still loves the snow, snow boarding, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. She too assists in various organizations including Realtors for Kids.
